Уг магадлалт хэлэлцээр чухам ямар өвөрмөц нөхцөл, түүхэн цаг үед явагдахыг Дэлхийн Аюулт Үзэгдлийн Эрсдлийн Хүрээлэнгээс гаргасан шинэлэг загварчлалд тулгуурлан шинжлэн судалж, улмаар уг хэлэлцээрийг Монгол Улсад зохион явуулах талаар манай улсын дэвшүүлсэн саналын хэрэгжих боломжийг үнэлж, тус хэлэлцээр зохиогдох газрын тухай таамгийг энэхүү өгүүллээр дэвшүүлнэ. When the leaders of the USA and the DPRK agreed to hold a summit or dialogue in the midst of aggravated tension in Korean Peninsula, potentially signaling nuclear war, the international community started to experience great level of expectation and skepticism in regard thereto. This paper will cover an attempt to analyze peculiar circumstances and historic turning points under which the potential dialogue will be formulated with the help of nuclear war risk assessment model newly developed by the Global Catastrophic Risk Institute and further conduct assessment on the actuality of the offer made by the Mongolia to host such talks in its territory to eventually make predictions on the venue of the talks
