Abstract

This article talks about the USA foreign policy towards Far East, especially, Outer Mongolia, first commercial linkages, how the establishment the USA first resident consulate on Outer Mongolia in Kalgan, first consul Camuel Sokobin, his first mission to Urga and report sent to Department of State, Washington D.C, first negotiation between S.Sokobin and People’s Government, S.Sokobin’s diplomatic activities and his destiny.
