The significance of this paper goes to the case study of the Fulbrights exchange programs and scholarships in 1994-2015 upon the comparison between U.S. Government funded and Mongolian Government funded ones. The paper has included some potential statistics of former fulbrighters and their research based on interviews, which were provided by the Public Affairs Section at the US Embassy of Ulaanbaatar.mnArticle
