    “ЕВРОП ДАХЬ ДҮРВЭГСДИЙН АСУУДАЛ”

    The number of forcibly displaced people worldwide reached almost 65 million at the end of 2014, the highest number in the past 70 years. Among these, 14.4 million were refugees, an increase of about 25 percent since the end of 2013. This increase is mostly due to the civil war in Syria and unrest throughout the Middle East, other regions, including parts of Africa and the Balkans, are also major sources of refugees. This article consists of following sections, namely: a/ Current state of the surge in refugee crisis in the Middle East; b/ Turkey`s role in the refugee crisis as transition country; c/ Challenges faced by European countries as a “recipient” countries; 2016 оны 6-р сарын байдлаар дэлхий даяар нийт 65 сая хүн өөрийн орон гэрээс дүрвэн зугтахаас өөр аргагүй байдалд хүрээд байна. Энэ нь өнгөрөгч 70 жилийн түүхэнд байгаагүй хамгийн өндөр тоо юм. Эдгээрээс 21 сая хүн дотоодын зөрчил мөргөлдөөн, иргэний дайны улмаас эх орноосоо дүрвэж, хөрш зэргэлдээ улсууд руу, цаашлаад илүү тайван, баталгаат амьдралын орчин бүхий Европын улсууд руу дүрвэж байна. Тус өгүүлэлд Ойрхи Дорнод, Африкийн зарим орнуудаас хөрш зэргэлдээ улс, Европын орнууд руу чиглэсэн их хэмжээний дүрвэгсдийн өнөөгийн байдал, тулгамдаж буй асуудал, дэлхий нийтийн анхаарал татсан асуудал болох дүрвэгсдийн асуудал, тэр дундаа Сирийн дүрвэгсдийн асуудлаар олон улсын хамтын нийгэмлэгийн зүгээс авч буй арга хэмжээ, олон улсын яриа хэлэлцээ, хамтын ажиллагааны талаар өгүүлэх болно.
