Abstract

The author analyzes some issues concerning “the Perestroika”, the collapse of the Soviet Union and communist bloc during the 1985-1991. This period with regard to the shift of Mongolian society specifically onforeign policy issues are presented in this paper. In which during this time Mongolia began to defend its own national interest in relationship with other countries, such as the former Soviet Union
