“МОНГОЛ УЛС ХИЙГЭЭД ХӨРШ ОРНУУДЫН ХАРИЛЦААН ДАХЬ ШИНЭ ӨРНӨЛ”

Abstract

Mongolia signed the comprehensive strategic partnership agreement with the both direct neighbors: China and Russia. So the trilateral relationship during recent years reached the high level development since 2014 till today. We signed that type relationship at the beginning of April of this year when the Russian foreign minister Sergei Lavrov visited Mongolia. The basic document of bilateral relationship with two direct neighbors is the agreement of cooperation and friendly relationship which signed with the Russian Federation at 1993 and with the PRC at 1994. Mongolia and it President of Mongolia Ts.Elbegdorj was an initiator of the trilateral President’s Meeting which already happened three times and we will have the forth meeting at Tashkent during SCO leaders meeting at Uzbekistan by the end of June of 2016. The relationship of three states developed successfully and reached the high level which never reached before at their history. Last year September the Mongolian President Ts.Elbegdorj announced that Mongolia will provide the neutrality foreign policy and noted Mongolia will use the previous agreement and treaty which were signed with the foreign states as like before and will develop the third neighbor foreign policy.
